Here’s good news for all the radio listeners out there! Radio City 91.1 FM has announced a collaboration with Apple Music in India on Thursday. The alliance will allow people across the country to listen to music that they can resonate with their individual preference through playlists that will be created by the radio channel.

Radio City’s favourite shows would be the inspiration behind curating the music for the playlists– Radio City Top 25, Love Guru, Kasa Kaay Mumbai and Suno Na Dilli. Two thematic playlists that would be included in Apple Music are Chillout Zone and Flashback Cassette.

According to Radio City 91.1 FM, the playlists are going to be a rare fusion of the radio station’s already “well-researched and mood-mapped music” that will help evaluate the genres and kind of music preferred across various states of the nation.

Abraham Thomas, CEO, Radio City 91.1 FM stated, “Curating playlists on Apple’s platform will help us utilise our strengths to offer our listeners content that enhances their music experience.”

“Furthermore, the availability of our playlists on Apple Music will make it easier for our listeners to enjoy quality music on a device of their choosing, at a time and place of their convenience,” he added.

If you are curious to find out more about the playlists of Radio City, all you have to do is click on ‘Radio City’ in the Playlists section of the Browse tab on the Apple Music. Or you could just click on this link: http://apple.com/radiocityplaylist
