Okay, we swear this isn’t a false alarm (unless, of course, Apple changes their mind again). I know, we’ve gone through this before and, honestly, have kind of become friends with disappointment. However, things look promising this time around as Apple’s hiring employees in Delhi and Mumbai for an Apple Store in India. A quick search on LinkedIn for Apple India careers reveals the company’s various job openings.
Moreover, scanning through the listings for Delhi and Mumbai very specifically mentions Apple Store. So, we might as well be just a few months away from having India’s first company-owned Apple Store. Reports suggest that Mumbai will be India’s inaugural city for Apple-owned stores, followed by Delhi.
Apple Store to Open in Mumbai Soon
According to rumours, Apple’s first store in India might open in the Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) area in Mumbai. However, there are no words on the location in Delhi. As per the various job openings, Apple is looking out for expert technicians, knowledgeable sales executives, creatives, and people who can help others set up and make maximum use of their Apple products.
(Those of you in the job market might want to submit your resumes ????)
For now, we’ve got the Apple online store and Apple authorised resellers. Still, a company-owned store in India will follow the same state-of-the-art experience offered in other countries, and that’s always an experience in it’s own. And with dedicated expert staff, buying an Apple product will undoubtedly be easier and cheaper. So, you could say we’re pretty excited! How about you?
